SHIPPING & ORDERS

Please allow 10-14 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing and quality control on all standard shipping orders. Once dispatched, your package is expected to arrive within 3–4 business days, subject to carrier conditions and potential delays. All applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs inspections, depending on the regulations of the destination country. We provide all required documentation with each shipment; however, local customs authorities may impose import duties, VAT, or other fees beyond our control. Customs clearance times vary by country and cannot be guaranteed. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and related charges as determined by their local authorities.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us at the discretion of the courier. In such cases, you will be contacted once the item is received back at our facility. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery.

NO RETURNS POLICY

At BEGUN, every garment is crafted with care and precision, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and premium materials. Due to the nature of our limited releases and exclusive product drops, we do not accept returns on any purchases.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased through www.begun.store are considered final sale. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless:
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item or size

If you believe your item meets either of these criteria, please email us at info@begun.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos. We’ll review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.


NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer size or style exchanges. Please double-check all product details and sizing before placing your order. If you need help with sizing, contact us prior to purchase and we’ll be happy to assist.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your request is approved, we will provide a resolution based on the situation.


IMPORTANT NOTES
• Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags are not eligible for return or review.
 • BEGUN reserves the right to refuse any request that falls outside this policy.
